Welcome Weekend – Thank You
I want to acknowledge and thank everyone who serves at 网赌最好最大平台 for their hard work getting the campus ready for students to return. Even though some areas are shorthanded and could have used extra help, everyone pitched in, and the 121-acre campus looks amazing. Multiple projects were completed over the summer, including resurfacing the tennis courts into a three-sport court and the addition of disc golf to the grounds. These two improvements, in particular, have been well-received by both the students and the community.
A large part of a tree came down by Jones Hall in the afternoon before the first move-in day. Maintenance and staff volunteers had cleaned it up before the day was over even though it generated over seven dump truck loads of debris. Others mowed well past midnight, planted and tended flowers, or simply jumped on tasks they noticed needed to be completed. Many of those tasks were quietly completed without anyone knowing who did it. Faculty and staff helped paint and pitched in on other projects. The cafeteria staff provided excellent service and meals. Everyone showed up two Saturdays in a row to welcome students and help them move into the dorms. Of course, those serving in academics, admissions, financial aid, student services, and the business office have all gone above and beyond.
It is an honor to serve with individuals who are so passionate to fulfill the mission of 网赌最好最大平台, serve students, and honor God through their selfless service.
